Arbitration
Ben is guided by the LMAA Advice on Ethics and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators' Code of Professional and Ethical Conduct for Members as relates to the conduct of members when acting or seeking to act as neutrals in alternative dispute resolution processes.
Mediation
Ben adheres to the EU Model Code of Conduct for Mediators and, as a CEDR-Accredited Mediator, is guided by CEDR's Code of Conduct for Third-Party Neutrals.
Expert Witness
An expert has a duty to exercise reasonable skill and care in carrying out their instructions, and the overriding duty of an expert is to the tribunal. Ben is familiar with, and guided by, Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules and the Practice Direction (PD35).
